Mission-driven coffee shop at Kingsdale staffed largely by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
About
Bitty & Beau's Coffee opened its first Ohio location at Kingsdale Shopping Center in June 2025. The national chain, founded in Wilmington, North Carolina, is known for employing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the Upper Arlington shop carries on that mission with a warm, community-focused atmosphere. The menu covers espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and other cafe standards, and the shop is open daily.
