El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant (Riverside)
The original location of the local El Vaquero chain, serving fajitas, enchiladas, and margaritas on Riverside Drive since the 1990s.
About
El Vaquero's Riverside Drive restaurant is the original location of the Columbus-founded Mexican chain, established roughly three decades ago by Efrain Quezada and Fernando Morales and since grown to about 20 locations across Ohio and Michigan. The menu covers familiar Mexican-American favorites — fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, chile rellenos, quesadillas, and tacos — and regulars praise the margaritas. It's a casual, family-friendly spot offering dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
