Fox in the Snow, the Columbus bakery-cafe founded by Lauren Culley and Jeff Excell in 2014, opened its seventh and one of its largest locations on W Lane Ave in July 2026, in the former Roll Bicycle Co space. The menu centers on in-house baked goods and espresso drinks, with signatures including the souffled egg sandwich, cinnamon roll, blueberry galette, and New Orleans-style iced coffee. The airy, community-minded cafe seats about 74 and employs roughly 25 staff.
