Hey Broth Asian Street Food is a build-your-own concept centered on malatang, where diners pick fresh vegetables, proteins, seafood, and noodles to be cooked in one of three house-made broths or stir-fried Mongolian BBQ-style in a dry pot. The menu also includes teriyaki chicken and steak bowls, skewers, and bingsoo shaved-ice for dessert. Opened in 2025 in the former Spud's Bar & Grille space in the Northwest Shopping Center, it offers a warm, casual atmosphere for customizable Asian street food.
